With over 25 years of experience as a Psychotherapist, I’ve journeyed alongside individuals, couples, and professionals through some of life’s most difficult and defining moments.
I specialize in trauma therapy—whether it stems from sexual abuse, combat, relational wounds, or chronic stress. My approach is trauma-informed, straightforward, and deeply respectful of each person’s story. I focus on helping clients heal deep inner child wounds by providing a safe, compassionate space to explore their past and move toward lasting healing.
Clients often say they value my ability to be both compassionate and honest—supportive, yet direct. In addition to individual therapy, I also offer couples therapy and family therapy to support relationships in crisis.
For those who desire it, I also provide a faith-based perspective, integrating Christian principles into the therapeutic process. I honor each client's beliefs and values in the work we do together.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, codependency, or rebuilding trust after betrayal, this is a space where you can receive mental health support and be vulnerable, even if it’s really difficult.
You’ve held space for others—now it’s time to hold space for yourself.
Let’s work together to help you heal, grow, and move forward—with hope, focus, and purpose.

These one-on-one sessions provide powerful and healing individual therapy that offers mental health support. It is a safe place to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. The virtual format of these sessions makes it convenient and flexible for your schedule, whether you're seeking couples therapy, family therapy, or trauma therapy. Every technique I utilize, including inner child work, EMDR, and EFT, seamlessly transfers to the virtual experience.
Work together with your partner in couples therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen your relationship. Depending on your situation, we may also incorporate individual therapy alongside the couple’s sessions to gently explore the roots of behaviors and thought patterns that may arise from your family of origin, ensuring you receive comprehensive mental health support, including trauma therapy when needed.
Build stronger family relationships through family therapy, improve communication, and work through difficult times as a team. I have experience assisting adult children, their parents, and adult siblings in navigating these challenges. If you're motivated to heal, and so are your family members, I can provide the mental health support you need, including couples therapy, individual therapy, and trauma therapy.
Anxiety can manifest in various forms, often rooted in fear. It may stem from a trauma response or be a learned coping strategy. Regardless of its source, I can assist you in tracing it back to the root. Together, we will delve beneath the surface to facilitate your healing journey.
In our sessions, whether through individual therapy, couples therapy, or family therapy, you will learn practical tools to manage anxiety, enhance your quality of life, and cultivate greater peace.
I employ evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness-based strategies, and psychoeducation to address the underlying causes of anxiety. My approach to therapy is tailored to your unique needs—be it symptom management, emotional regulation, trauma therapy, or long-term resilience. My goal is to provide comprehensive mental health support that helps you understand your anxiety rather than merely treating the symptoms, empowering you to live with more clarity, confidence, and calm.
You may feel numb, hopeless, irritable, or simply worn out by life. Depression can make even the smallest tasks feel overwhelming. It’s more than a bad day—it can cloud your thoughts, weigh down your body, and isolate you from the people and things you love. But you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer mental health support through individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy to help you explore the root of your depression—whether it's tied to past trauma, current stressors, or something that feels unexplainable. Together, we’ll uncover strategies, including trauma therapy, to relieve the weight, reconnect with meaning, and begin moving toward peace and purpose.
Trauma isn't always loud or obvious. Sometimes it’s the silent weight you carry, the hypervigilance that never turns off, or the way you disconnect just to get through the day. Whether it stems from abuse, loss, neglect, or overwhelming life events, trauma can shape how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. This is where mental health support becomes crucial, whether through individual therapy, couples therapy, or family therapy.
But healing is possible.
In trauma therapy, we’ll create a space that feels safe enough to explore the pain, without rushing or retraumatizing. Using trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, somatic awareness, and parts work, I’ll help you gently reconnect with the parts of you that survived—and support you as you rebuild from a place of strength, not survival.
Together, we will work through the effects of trauma and learn how to manage symptoms of PTSD.

I offer group supervision for LMSWs who want clear, practical support as they grow their clinical skills. My approach is relational, trauma informed and rooted in real clinical work. We focus on how you think through cases, how you make decisions, and how to strengthen your clinical judgment in a way that feels authentic to you.
I specialize in supporting clinicians who see their work and their clients through a biblical lens. For those who value faith integrated practice, group supervision becomes a place where clinical clarity and biblical truths can work together in an ethical and client honoring way.
My goal is not only to help you prepare for and pass the LCSW exam, but to help you feel confident in your own clinical skills. We identify your strengths and how to use them intentionally, while also looking at the patterns, blind spots, and habits that shape your work. We spend time on the core areas that matter for strong clinical practice, including diagnostic criteria, case studies, transference and countertransference, use of self, and an ethical and culturally informed approach to care.
The focus is on helping you understand yourself as a clinician so you can become an ethically competent and clinically sound therapist.
